Artist Statement
My artistic practice sits at the intersection of emotion and discipline. Trained in the fine arts from an early age, I've built a foundation that runs deep — from classical drawing and painting to contemporary graphic design.
Influenced by the raw energy of expressionism and the precision of graphic design, my paintings carry the same visual intelligence that defines my work in digital media — purposeful, striking and human.
Education
Bachelor of Graphic Design
Four years of intensive study in visual communication, typography, illustration and digital design at Albania's leading arts institution.
Fine Arts — Painting
Specialised arts high school with a focus on classical painting, drawing, sculpture and art history — the foundation of my visual language.
Exhibitions
In 2022, during my final year at the Academy of Arts in Tirana, I presented a solo exhibition as part of the university programme. Among the works on display, several were acquired by HM Ambassador Alastair King-Smith — British Ambassador to Albania — who chose to hang them at his official residence in Tirana. The works are documented in a tour of the residence recorded by the Anglo-Albanian Association.
In December 2023, "Identitet" — a group exhibition I co-conceived alongside Elsaid Dabula and Xhon Madhi — brought together 18 young artists at the Gallery of Liceu Artistik "Jordan Misja". Drawing from Albanian mythology, epic tradition and the heroism of the partisan generation, the exhibition explored national identity through a contemporary visual lens. Covered by Top Channel Albania and RTSH, and attended by members of the diplomatic community.
